Gift Ideas - Cosmetic / Plastic Surgery Message Board

Anyone know what is expected as far as gifting your surgeon and his wonderful support staff.
Are you supposed to (I want to) what is appropriate? One gift for the whole office or one for the staff and another for the surgeon?
any input will be greatly appreciated.

I once sent flowers to the entire staff. That's always a nice gesture, for any business situation, that provides excellent service, and other clients enjoy it as well. Just make sure that whatever you send, will fit on the counter where it will probably be placed. A good florist will advise you.
