Why are silicone implants better???need answer soon! - Cosmetic / Plastic Surgery Message Board

I'm hearing all this information that the silicone implants are better. I thought that they cause problems more so than saline. I'm getting mine done soon to even out my breasts after a lump scare slightly reduced one of them. I want safe implants but ones that look natural. I look pretty full now with Victoria's Secret's wonderful gel filled bras, so no one will notice the difference, I look like a full c-cup. But I want implants that will keep me looking natural and feel comfortable since they will be with me for a long time. Anyone have both and know which is better? I hear sooooo many women changing from saline to silicone!

Get a fat transfer to that area which is alot safer than implants thats just me.

I've heard that fat transfer was also not a good option, too many complications. Also, where would they get the fat from, I really don't have any excess. Did you or someone you know have fat transfered? I appreciate your input. Thanks!!

Yes I know someone who had it done and the doc who did this is very good I used her myself but not for that. The doc's name is Dr Feng in Cleveland OH.
The fat usually comes from stomach depends on how big the area your talking about that you need to fill. I know they can get fat from other areas of the body. The person that had this done did not have alot fat either to work with.

Thanks! I will ask my surgeon about the fat transfer, if that's an option for me. It seems so much more natural.
