Not much response on this site but I can tell you that supposedly you have one of the best P.S.'s in the country in Dr. toriumi. I wish I lived in your area so I could consult with him. Another is in NH by the name of Constantian. These guys I'm sure are both very skilled since they do a lot of secondary rhinoplasties. If your not familiar these are the guys that try and rectify bad surgeries from other docs.

Yeah, I heard abouth Dr. Toriumi, but...he is booked until November for consultation

I think I am going with Mr Raymond Konior. Any responses?
