Hi,

I am planning on having primary rhinoplasthy for the first time and have had consultation with both doctors. I am black and will like to reduce my nose size abit. Dr kotler said he would do a closed procedure as i do not have much thick skin ( am very fair about alicia keys colour) and would cost $12,500 while nassif said an open which will cost $14,000. i do not have an issue with the price but am just wondering which one you would recommend, as I could not find much on message boards about dr kotler, i know he has been practicing for yr and has written alot of books on rhinoplasthy. Pls help as I am planning on booking surgery with one of them fairly soon. Thanks :0)
