Okay, so almost 2 years ago, I had saline breast implants put in. I love them. Hardly any scarring - beautiful job!

However, the left one has moved "in". In fact, it moved within about 6 months. I consulted a plastic surgeon a few months ago about a tummy tuck and asked him about it. He said that it looked like the inside incision had not been made large enough, like only about a 16th of an inch or so. He said if the cut on the inside where the implant fits in, is not made large enough, it will push it's way out.

So, here is my dilemma. I'm not too keen on the idea of going to my original surgeon to have him "re-do" it. I mean obviously he messed up the first time, right? BUT, I have consulted THREE other surgeons here in Las Vegas and NONE of them want to "re-do" a surgery.

I'm sincerely at a loss. Since the implant has moved in, my nipple now sticks out to the side a bit (not bad, but it's not centered) and I have about 80% loss of feeling on the entire inside half of my breast where the implant has moved in.

Anyone have a similar siutation? What should I do? I don't want any long-term nerve damage and my breast has now been this way for over a year.

Should I go ahead and contact the original surgeon?
