| Re: Has anybody had Chin Reduction?
I did. I had a long chin, not like Jay Leno but enough when I was a kid everyone wanted me to be the "horse" so they could lead me around my the chin with my built-in halter. I had the end shaved and softened. It was a small incision under the chin. If I were to do it again, I think I would have the incision made inside the mouth. I was quite happy with it. A few years later my bite was getting very deep and my straight teeth were getting crooked so I had to have my jaws broken and reset. I actually had a receding jawline but a strong chin so they had to move the whole jaw forward and then once again shave the chin. This time it was not done as well. The surgeon went into the previous incision but sewed it up a little tight so I had a bit of a bulge. (look at Demi Moore from the side when she smiles, that's my chin) It is kind of crooked looking from the front. It's ok, but I was kind of disappointed with the redo.
