I just went to a seminar put on by a plastic surgeon and his treatment for acne scars is what you already went through. I don't have acne but my face is kind of sagging (that sounds lovely) with jowls. I was going to have my regular treatment of restylane but this time the dermatologist suggested skin needling which stimulates the collagen. He said it will take care of wrinkles too but the improvement takes a few months. I am going to have it done in two weeks. I guess I will look like I am ready for Halloween for about a week. He says it hurts.
