Question Medicare paying for tummy tuck

I am 50 yrs. old, soon to be 51 and am disabled. I would like to have a tummy tuck done. I have a hernia, and also have heat rashes under my tummy even in winter. I get so sore and cornstarch helps some, but it's a constant fight. I now have medicare and am wondering if they will pay for me to have a tummy tuck done. Any information at all would be of help to me. Thank you so much.
