Exclamation How to get my insurance to pay for my much needed breast reduction surgery

Im a 19 years old 5'8" and my breast size is 42DDD. I have an athletic frame. Since i was 13 ive had huge boobs and they just kept growing. For the past 6 years ive had to endure back, neck and shoulder pains, several mental breakdowns, difficulty cleaning, exercising, and trying to a bra that actually fits COMFORTABLLY, and just rude and nasty comments from guys my age and gross older men. ive complained to 4 or 5 different doctors. now i have a doctor that actually listens and sent me to physical therapy but its not helping. im willing to do whatever it takes to rid myself from the burden on my chest. i need help in know how to convince my insurance company (staywell) to cover part or all of the surgery...please help im very desperate to get this done so i can live a normal lifestyle. thank you.

Has your doctor contacted them? That's the route to take is thru your doctor certifying that the weight is too much, PT hasn't helped, etc.
