It depends what type of skin you have and the natural cartilage you have in your nose. I had a nose like yours and went with Medpor, but I wouldn't recommend it.
Who are the surgeons you saw? Did you like their work, their reviews?
This is what you need to know:
1) Read reviews of your selected surgeon on the internet
2) Ask what they use for post-op swelling (kenalog), pain, and if you need minor revisions
3) WRITE AND REVIEW WHAT THEY SUGGEST. My own surgeon recommended medpor because he worked well with it. In hindsight I wish he had used something else. Rib is natural, that's why it is suggested. The other options are silastic, goretex, and natural nasal (septal, for example) cartilage. Or suturing of boxy cartilage together.
