HalleyJ Inactive Join Date: Mar 2001 Location: MN Posts: 76	Costochondritis Has anyone found any relief from costochondritis? I was diagnosed almost 1 year ago. It appeared after a visit to the chiropractor where I had an adjustment and worked out on a therapy ball. I've been on pain medication and muscle relaxers. Ready to try something else.
