laying on stomach
 

Does anyone else have a problem laying on their stomach while sleeping, etc.?

When I even lay on my comfy bed on my stomach, my costochondritis (or at least that's what I think it is!) hurts VERY badly.

Anyone else experience this?

me too also lying on me back makes back hurt which goes round to front of chest cant win eh?

I don't know to lay, stomach makes the breat pain worse, laying on the left my left ribs hurt and right the same, on my back makes everything hurt. My sore spots are there 24/7, but when they act up as they are now, I could scream.

me too cant lie on front or back only decent position is lying on my left side sometimes cuddling a pillow hate this x
