hi thanks for replying funny enough I was investigated 10 years ago for lupus but given the all clear however it was a suspicion of mine and I suggested this to the gp this week but he said there was no connection which surprised me. Unfortunately im an only child so no one to help my mum a very proud woman who wont let strangers or even my grown up kids help with any personal care they do help with wheelchair but work full time so usually not around so I just have to work through the pain.
I am very interested in some of the medications you mentioned though especially the patches im fed up with being zombified by tramadol so if I can find alternatives I will. the gp has mentioned the injections but apparently you can only have twice and its a last resort. I don't understand really why they just cant remove the cartlidge and that should end the pain. Im that desperate id try anything now
