Unhappy Costo or am I crazy

Hello Everyone .
I am new here so I hope that I can get some answers and some comfort .
I am 39 yrs old and have had this pain on and off through the years since I was a teenager although back then they told me it was growing pains...then when I was 24 yrs old they finally diagnosed it as costo ....but of course we always panic because really how do we know it is nothing more right?

So my experience in short is many trips to the ER many EKG many traponin blood tests holter monitors chest xrays MRI barium scan ultrasound a round trip to the cardiologist when I was pregant 9 yrs ago ...and thankfully up till now same nothing seriously wrong heart problem but do have costo ..

Mine comes and goes...I can be fine for 2 weeks then the slightest movement in the wrong way ...I am out for 2 weeks....if not more...I am not someone who likes taking pills therefore unless it is really sore I wont take anything but I will lie in a hot bath (it seems to help even shower) ...and just lie down ....

My question is the following : the other day I was home and I went grocery shopping and was carrying a heavy bag or 2 from the car to the house not far went to sit down to watch movie with kids when I got up on my right side from the sturnum to the breast pain ...I couldnt even take a deep breath took 2 advils and slowly went away ...but have had soreness and sharp pain that comes and goes in middle of sturnum to right side since
Do you think this is costo?
Any suggestions on how to handle costo or deal with it or anything really would be really appreciated.
