Datura

A friend of mine recently got out of the hospital not even ten days ago. He was then diagnosed with Crohn's. He is in severe pain once again, and as far as I know is going back to the hospital.

The more I read about the disease, the more I start to worry. What if he has a perforation? Would they have noticed that a week ago, or could it have formed after his release? Or some sort of bacterial infection? Or an abscess? Just some of the things that are weighing on my mind.

Do symptoms get worse over time, remain the same? And could there possibly be an instance where a newly diagnosed patient shows signs of immediate severity?
