| Child's Meds Not working
Hello,
My 10 year old daughter was diagnosed with Crohns in early May. She has been on prednisone and pentasa now for a month with no change in her symptoms. Does anyone know when/if this set of drugs will work for her, or should we try a more aggressive therapy? She also has mouth ulcers, and has developed new ones since bing on the drugs. It seems if this was going to get her symptoms under control, she would not be continuing to develop mouth ulcers, but we are new to this, so not sure.
