question

Does anyone know an Arabic,Indian or Asian spice that can induce an allergic reaction that causes symptoms like crohn's or diabetes in the intestines and bowels... ie. Changing frequency, stool fiber condition, color, odor etc...?Just wondering because I heard there "is such a spice" and need to know the name of it.And if it could end up as a local grocery store shelves item?Or could an ingredient be added to instant foods containers that perhaps went bad during packaging?
