SickinNJ Senior Member (male) Join Date: Jan 2012 Location: Millburn Posts: 136	New feeling Hello Everyone I started taking prednisone to reduce some swelling from a flare in Nov/ December and I think it is great. I also have changed from Asacol to something else that starts with an A, I only take 2 in the morning. Things are going well, no fever no 'D" but I do have a heavy feeling by my tailbone/ rectum ...and a little of a pinch/ burn once in a while. Is this healing or a flare?
