Question

I don't feel terribly, just have a little upset stomach but I have had a hard time passing the last few days. I wanted the groups opinion on what diet changes can you suggest?

My stool has been really soft, (I do want to note it is a healthy light brown) so it takes some effort to go. I have been eating a lot of soup and rice, would that cause it?

I have used a suppository the last 2 days and that has helped but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I have some small pain in my lower back and lower belly, but I think it is because I an backed up not because of a flare.
