Feeling Down: What do you do...
I have had my good days and bad days the last few weeks. I have been lucky that I have had really one bowl movement a day since being diagnosed in December 2011, but the last 4 weeks I have had 4 bad days....Up in the middle of the night with massive non stop "D" and then over tired at work the next day.
I always have a hard time with figuring out how to eat that next day, or what to every eat for lunch. Breakfast I eat the same thing every day, gluten free pancakes and 2 egg whites, My snack between Breakfast and Lunch are bananas. My big issue is lunch, never know what I can eat.
If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it, on lunch or how to snap out of the post "d" funk. I am very tired of this illness colitis....and I am y 36 - so I may be living with it for a long time.
