Crohns

Morning everyone,

My consultant has diagnosed Crohns, ulcerated Ileum. After Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy he now wants me to have the VCE swallowing a video capsule to monitor my small bowel for 8 hours. Can anyone tell me if its easy to swallow the camera capsule? I have a severe gag reflex and gag with normal tablets, getting more and more worried about swallowing this camera capsule. Anyone done it? Can you tell me what its like please and what to expect. Thank you.
