DDD,Osteoarthritis & Spinal Stenosis

Hi there,
Would anyone like to share any tips on what
helps them deal with the everyday things such as walking, sitting,
driving, sleeping ...etc? Besides pain medication.

Thanks

Re: DDD,Osteoarthritis & Spinal Stenosis

I've found it beneficial to change positions about every 30 min. for at least 5-10 min. This helps me, and most of all don't overdo activities, even if it's fun such as shopping or dinner with friends. Are you still able to work? If so, I would suggest to stick with regular hours, don't work overtime and get plenty of rest. This all seems like simple logic but I often feel if I had not pushed myself and overworked etc. I would still be working today.
