I've found it beneficial to change positions about every 30 min. for at least 5-10 min. This helps me, and most of all don't overdo activities, even if it's fun such as shopping or dinner with friends. Are you still able to work? If so, I would suggest to stick with regular hours, don't work overtime and get plenty of rest. This all seems like simple logic but I often feel if I had not pushed myself and overworked etc. I would still be working today.
