question about neck X-ray results

I underwent a cervical spine study and am curious as to what the "impressions" actually mean. The impressions state: 1. Minimal prominence of C5-C7 uncovertebral joints. and 2. No acute fracture or dislocation. I am mainly concerned with what the minimal prominence means.

Thanks very much for any help:-)
