Please I need help to read my last MRI

My MRI Says:

When correlated with the prior CT, there are 6 lumbar vertebral bodies. There are bilateral pars defect at L6 with a resultant grade 1 anterolisthesis of L6 on S1.

L5-S1, 5-mm central disk protrusion and mild to moderate bilateral facet joint arthrosis. Lateral recesses and the neural foramina are patent.

L6-S1, no significant disk bulge or protrusion. Mild bilateral facet joint arthrosis without compromise of the neural foramina.

IMPRESSION:

Degenerative changes at L5-L6 and L6-S1

Bilateral pars defects at L6 with stable grade 1 anterolisthesis of L6 on S1

Please Help me figure out what this means

thanks
