| Geographic Tongue...THIS HELPED ME!!!
I have had this for about 3 yrs on and off (well you know what I mean I guess). I tried a couple of things and not much helped. Recently I have been using 3% Hydrogen Peroxide as a mouthwash. The frequency of my tongue spots has lessened and they don't grow nearly as big. This is especially effective when you feel the spots starting. Brush your whole mouth with the HP and gargle it too.
PS- I was using HP daily as a mouthwash and it is a bit harsh. The inside of my lip was starting to peel. Now I use it every other day or once a week and I still have been getting my desired reduction of geo tongue.
