wisdom teeth causes pain and loose crown

yes hello, my wisdom teeth are coming in now and it has been a pretty painful time for me and the people surrounding me. i believe my wise ones are coming in at an angle and have caused a crown that i have to become loose and on the verge of coming off making it so that tooth is also very painful along with all of my wisdom teeth. now also i just discovered yesterday a bump on my gums below the tooth with the loose crown, and it alarmed me. i would like very much to go to the dentist but i don't have any insurance (i'm working on it), now i was just wondering if anyone has any clue as to what this disturbing discovery is, just some reassurance that it's not something so so terrible you know? alright thanks.

Re: wisdom teeth causes pain and loose crown

It sounds to me as if you not only have problems with your wisdom teeth themselves, but they're also starting to do damage to your other existing second molar teeth (and those are the ones you want to keep in the long run). You really need to see a dentist as soon as possible to evaluate this. Unfortunately, some work and expense could be involved (particularly if wisdom teeth extractions are necessary) to fix the situation and time is probably not on your side.
