Why would you want to have these two teeth out?
There are other treatments that can be done to make your smile look better. Have you ever watched Extreme Makeover? They do it all the time.
Veneers could be placed on each of your two front teeth or a composite type filling on each tooth.

If you can find a dentist that would take out two healthy teeth....I'd have to wonder what kind of dentist he/she is.
