Unhappy I bite my cheeks...

Hi guys,
I'm not sure if this is the right board to be posting on for this question, but anyways, for about the past year and a half or so I've had problems with chronic bad breath, and I don't know what to do about it. I also bite the insides of my cheeks pretty badly, but I've been doing this for over 10 years now, and never had a problem with bad breath before a year and a half ago, so I'm not too sure if that is the culprit (cheek chewing) or not... If anybody has any advice or input, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
Cassi

I have this exact problem. What do you do about the pain it causes as it heals (the cheek biting) and do know of any way you can prevent this? I feel like the bad breath thing ties into this because when I don't bite my cheeks, my breath is fine, but when I do, not so much. It's not terrible, like wet dog or anything, just not as fresh. I personally think it has something to do with the blood and puss sitting in your mouth (as gross as this may sound) almost like rotting flesh since it's always wet, it's a wet stinky wound. I don't know what to tell you 'cept try to stop biting your cheeks, and chew on some gum. If you or anyone else has any advice for me, that'd me great.
