Hi guys i need alot of work done ,possibly all my teeth extracted and dentures or bridge work and partials have too see what dentist thinks and what cost will be.Anyway i have no insurance and i have to pay for everything so i want to make sure i find a good dentist (cosmetic,oral surgeon doesnt matter) I live around the pittsburgh area does anybody know any good ones in or around??
I dont care if i have to travel either,I am just so overwhelmed soo many dentists to choose from,I am scared i will pick someone i dont care for ,and have a half of a job done and be out thousands of dollars .Please if anybody has any dentists that they had good experiences with please let me know .Thanks
