hello

i am wanting to know how everyone is cleaning there aligners (as instructed by your orthodontist) my ortho has instructed me to clean my invisalign aligners with just warm water, toothpaste and a toothbrush like how you would brush your teeth. i was clearly instructed not to soak them in mouth wash as this could damage the plastic. ive heard that other people have been instructed that they can use denture cleaners and some even mouthwash.

so im confused and i wanted to know what is your method of cleaning your Invisalign aligners and what gets your aligner the cleaniest
