Small spots on palate

For a while, I think a few years can't remember how long I seem to have a lot of very tiny(smaller then pinhead size) dots on my hard palate. With a flashlight you can hardly see them, you can't feel them with a finger but I can def. feel them with my tongue. It feels like sand. Their color is like transaprent/white. They don't come off or change in size or appearance. Are these normal? They came together with a white tongue(which does come off if I scrub hard), PND, a lot of tonsil stones(which do come out daily), a few white pinhead spots on my tonsils(both) which don't come off too and a sore throat which I get on a regular basis.
I searched on the internet and the closest thing I matched were Epstein pearls or milia but this is only seen in infants.
