for the last few days i have had pain in the teeth on the lower left side of my mouth when i wake up. i cant exactly pinpoint which one, but its somewhere down there. its not sensitive to hot/cold, and usually doesnt hurt once i get up and moving, but it can be pretty painful right when i wake up. could it be becasue i am clenching or grinding my teeth?, or could it be something else? i had my wisdom teeth out like 8 months ago, and the one down there was impacted, there was some problems with healing, so im not sure if it could be from that? anybody have a guess?

It does sound like clenching and grinding. If so, you can get a nightguard from your DDS.
