Tjust got my braces off. t have white spots on the two top front teeth and bottom canines but only by the gums. What are these white spots on my teeth?! It's supposed to be Decalcification and it's permanent and i've looked all over the internet about it but it only lists ways for prevention and not healling or treatments or at all how to fix it. My smile used to be something i liked but these white spots look like plaque that won't come off. How can i get this stuff to go away. If anybody has had problems with this and got it fixed tell me. I feel like I'm going out of my mind and I don't want to go to school tommorrow so please help me.

I have them on my top teeth too! I would like to know how to get rid of them mine are sometimes really noticable sometimes and invisable others! Maybe we can get some answers!

That's due to a lot of flouride, usually in the water. It actually makes your teeth stronger, so there's nothing to worry about. However, if you don't like how it looks, you can always go to the dentist and ask them to remove 'em for yah. It can be done.

hmmm...interesting...my dentist has perscribed floride pills for as long as i can remember because suposedly we didn't have enough in our water.

Maybe you're taking too many pills?

But it's really nothing to worry about. As I said before, it only makes your teeth stronger!
