So sorry about your broken jaw. That must be painful. I blend all my food due to not many teeth. I don't cook much, but this might help: I use canned food a lot, pour some juice out and then put in blender and puree to liquid. Yams, asparagus, spinach, carrots, peas, can of brown beans are good (separate). If it doen't liquify enough, I add some V-8 juice or milk to it and blend some more. I also bought a juicer and put grapes, apples, strawberries and other fruits in it (mix or separate) and it is delicious. Another thing it is good for is vegetables: this a.m. I put a carrot in juicer with, half a cucumber, a little anise, celery, granny smith apple. It was delicious. I also use pumpkin custard and cheesecake (but you would have to liquify it moreto sip through straw). Hope this helps some. Get well soon. Sae
