Hi, i really need some information on mini/midi implants has any one out there had them? what i realy need to know r they strong enough to support a bridge ( my dentist says no but i've read that they can) n if u have upper dentures on mini implants do u still have a palate? Im so confused on all this n im desperate for help, after wearing partial dentures for a few yrs my mouth is sore, dry n im inclined to gag but unfortuantly cannot afford the tradational implants, many thanks
