Retainers, which ones?
Hi, I will be getting my braces off this Friday and I think I may have a choise in what kind of retainers I want. I have seen the all plastic (essix) ones, and the traditional plastic plate with wire. Which ones have you had? Is there one that is better then the other? If you have had both, let me know.

I have the all plastic one - I have had it for about ten years and it still holds 'em tight. To check, I try to get floss in between my teeth that it holds and it's still as tight as ever.
