denture pain and scraping noise - Dental Health Message Board

When I take out my immediate denuture, it is really tight onthe right side and I can hear a scraping sound....I know it is weird. I have had them for one week and 2 days now...Other than that they feel great, no problems and dont hurt when they are in...Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Sorry to post again, but apparently my other one didn't take for some reason..I really appreciate any help you can give me!

Gosh Kerri, I have never even read about someone having a scraping noise. I would call the dentist office. Good Luck

did your bottoms make your bottom jaw look huge, i just got mine today and my top are perfect but bottoms are way to big not in size like fitting but teeth wise or look or something, I soon't loo klike me no more. I perfer the no teeth look compared to how I look with the bottoms in

I am ready to pull my hair out!

Chatty, so you are joining me in the "Osmond wantabe club?" That is how I felt I looked when I was able to wear my bottoms. They made me look like I had a wad of chew in my bottom lip. You poor thing. I am so glad that you are going back and letting them know you are not happy.

Kerri, how long have you had your immediates? Could it be a bone spur? Just a thought?
