I have a white bump probably the size of a pinhead on my gum in the right front of my mouth. It's painless, doesn't bleed, and almost looks like a small wart. I chewed tobacco about 5 times a week. Could this be cancerous?
It's always best to have something like this evaluated by a dentist in person rather than trusting a supposition without the ability to see and feel the area in question. If you have a question get it checked.
