Unhappy pus filled blister near mollar?

I used to have pain on a molar in the back of my mouth over a year ago; after the pain subsided I noticed that a small blister was forming on the gum line right next to my molar. From then on till today I have not experienced any pain with the tooth, however this blister fills itself with pus almost every 3 days, sometimes sooner depending on the hardness of foods I eat. I clean it as soon as I see noticeable pus. It's been over a year now, and I am starting to notice pain in my underarms where my lymph nodes are located. So I'm thinking that this could be a cause from this infection. Also I had a root canal done, and about 8 months later I has the same pus filled blister right next to the molar that had the root canal, is this a root canal gone bad? And is the dentist liable for such things? Has anyone ever had this, and did the blister go away after dealing with the tooth or was it another problem?

It sounds like an abscess so I would get to the dentist asap.I have no idea about these things but it sure sounds like an infection.

I think this is probably a fistula. I had one and the infection almost leaked into my bloodstream. Definitely go get it seen about...!

Good luck.

Go to a dentist soonest! This is serious stuff. You could end up with heart damage from a gum infection. Pus is not a good thing. The pain probably went away because of damage to the nerve. DO NOT put this off. It could be life threatening!
