Post Wisdom teeth cause whole mouth problems?

I think that my wisdom teeth are coming in on the bottom of my mouth. My whole mouth and even my throat are killing me. My whole mouth is in severe pain. The roof of my mouth feels like it has 1,000,000 little cuts all over it. My tounge is so sore I can't eat, and the gums in my whole mouth hurt when I chew bananas. I thought that I had strep my throat hurt so bad. Can it be from my wisdom teeth? Can my orthodontist remove them before they come through the gums? I want rid of them now. I'm going to the orthodontist friday so I hope he can

I have similar problems right now. My wisdom teeth have been in for 6 months- now I have bad swelling, cannot bite down without pain. My gums also have been pulling away from my teeth, causing them to be loose. Within a short period of time, my teeth have become very stained and crowded. I have had damage to three second molars needing root canals, and I can't help thinking this is linked to the wisdom teeth. I am going to have them removed, but I want to know from anyone who has gone through this whether removing the wisdom teeth will resolve some of these issues.
