Hello All --

I've had braces before when i was much younger, around 13 or so. I am now 22, and it seems my teeth have moved around alot! They all seem to have come in closer, making my mouth appear very very small.

I was wondering, are there new advances now so that i can get the wider smile, and straighter teeth i had way back when, in shorter time?

Do i have to go through the entire 2 years of headgear, elastics, etc.
