I wish I could help you. I don't know much about the bone scan but I can assist you building bone health with tips about herbal tonics, diet and exercise.
The skeletal system is regenerative. Every cell in the bones is replaced every 12 months, I think, so the better is your diet and physical activity, the more healthy is the cellular regeneration process.
It's good to avoid anutrients like sugar, alcohol, coffee, and cigarettes: these make it really difficult to improve skeletal condition.
Real foods, especially fruit, veges, nuts and herbs, and a bit of time outdoors, or at rest in bed, can help the bones and the whole body.
