 Wisdom teeth & Eruption cysts
Went to see the oral surgeon about having my wisdom teeth extracted. Had x-rays done and he saw eruption cysts (which are normal to get when teeth are coming through) however, my teeth are partially impacted and have only come through a little bit on the bottom. He said that the eruption cysts were a little larger than he thinks they should be and wants to do a biopsy... anyone else have this happen and what was the result? I am concerned because I have three small children and he didn't give me anything to go on other than don't lose sleep over it, but it could be cancer... THANKS! And he is also waiting at least 4 weeks to do the extractions!!! (I have two weeks at least to go) I am a nervous wreck, so any help would be greatly appreciated!
