Hello all,
My teeth are too thin. I have been taking calcium but would like to make them stronger still. I got myself a fluoride tooth cream and am drinking a cup of tea a day. Other than that, how can one make one's teeth stronger? (I will be able to see a dentist in about a month)
once teeth are formed you can not add or take away calcium. And fluoride doesn't make teeth stronger, it just prevents decay by remineralizing the enamel. And the tea thing i don't have a clue about. Remember that too much fluoride is dangerous. You may want to consider crowns or veneers for front teeth that are thin. Otherwise just wait and see what the dentist suggests.
