Post Denture appearance
I know a lady who recently was fitted with dentures. She used to have rather large teeth & maybe not a perfect bite, but her smile was an attribute. Now her mouth is quite flat, & her dneture have changed her appearance. If I ever have to get dentures, do some dentists try to match what your natural teeth looked like?

Yes they can, but it is more expensive. Keep in mind, however, that the dentures have to be functional. The upper and lower plates have to come together properly to chew food etc., so creativity may be sacrificed for function.
