hey i was just wondering one more thing..would bonding work for a gap by ne chance..? and does it involve shots or ne thing painful?

It depends on where the gap is and why it is there. It works well for spaces between front teeth. Wether or not you have to be numbed fot the procedure depends on how much tooth structre the dentist need to drill away in order to place the bonding material.
It is not used to replace a lost tooth

yes, bonding would fill in a gap. i had bonding done on one front tooth and the tooth next to it (not the 2 front teeth) and it worked fine. durability isnt all that great though (mine lasted about 4 years and had to get it redone). and if i remember correctly it was under 100 bucks. another thing, it will make your teeth look larger.
