 lump under the tongue
i just noticed a lump today directly under the front of my tongue offset to the right. its not actually on the tongue, its on the tissue below/between it and the bottom of the mouth (clinging to that tissue in the front that clings from the bottom of the mouth to the tongue). it's about what i would guess to be .5-1cm in diameter. it's clear and its not hard; it's kind of like a piece of jell or something. it's not painfull but i'm worried about it. anyone know what it could be? im worried about it and plan on seeing a doctor if it doesnt go away soon but i'm wondering of possibilites of what it could be.
(also this might not be important but i was at the dentist no more than a week or so ago and he apparently didn't see anything bad and im starting to get a sore throat)
