They can do something called enamel recontouring, which is shaving off bits of the tooth enamel to make teeth look completely uniform. Generally that's done for uneven edges on teeth. Or they could do veneers (composite or porcelain), but that is very expensive. It would look the best and last the longest (I plan on getting this done myself in a few years).
The best bet for you would probably be bonding, it's not going to kill your wallet and what it does is paint a coat of plastic tooth material on your teeth, and shape it to the way you would like them to look. Generally it's used to close gaps and fix chipped teeth.
