Post has anyone used nite white 2???

Just started it at the dentist yesterday and brought the kit home - do you get good results and how long (hours and days) did you do it for?

My brother has used it and got amazing results! He used a very small amount each night and made it last for months. His teeth are still incredibly white even though he stopped bleaching 4 months ago, but he also uses a Sonic Care brush that helps keep his teeth looking that way. He also avoids sodas and coffee.

Emma,
I haven't used Nite Brite, but I got the Crest Whitening from my dentist and I swear my teeth glow in the dark! It's strips that you leave on for 30min. twice a day. The kit came with a toothpaste that is supposed to keep your teeth from getting new stains and also one of those battery operated toothbrushes. I love it! It's a three week regime and I'm a couple of days into the last week. Good Luck to you!

I've used nite white. I think it took about a week or so and I wore it to bed (7-8hrs), my teeth were quite sensitive (use sensodyne) but you have to be consistent and try not to miss a day. Great results, I touch them up once a year (only need one night for touch ups) and I drink coffee/tea, minimal though (1 cup).
