| | Lump inside cheek
Recently, i noticed a small lump on the inside of my right cheek, near where my back teeth meet. It seems to be a reddish bump with a tiny, pinprick size white spot on it. The bump also seems to fit against the tooth, like a puzzle piece. I would say it's maybe a little less than 1 cm in area. Also, there are red spots around that area and on the other side of my mouth as well. Does anyone know what this might be and what's causing it? Are my teeth rubbing against my cheek? My fiancee seems to think it's a canker sore, but i have never had a canker sore that has swollen into a lump. There is a little bit of pain when i touch it, but not much. Thanks.
